A 26-metre luxury catamaran, custom-built in 2006 for exactly this coastline. Seven staterooms for fourteen guests, a foredeck spa, an open galley with the chef in conversation range — and her signature party trick: a dedicated helicopter on the top deck, so a reef seen from the water at breakfast can be seen from the air before lunch.
